A New Day

Sun elbows out dark
for it's now dawn's turn to break
onset of new hopes

Soon

cuckoos start their song
rooster gives his wake up call
a chorus of joy

And

early birds forage
cranes fly down to giggling brooks
Nature is astir

Know

for labour or rest
heed the time ordained by Him
or be left behind..
