The Need to Share

Today in morning prayer, I asked God to please let me hear

Exactly in the sermon that would keep His presence near


So when the pastor spoke how we should talk about the Lord

I knew to share with others, all about The Great Reward


We're in those times where satan will fight harder every day

To tell us we're not good enough for God to look our way


So, satan, when you tell the lies that we've already heard

We will not go to hell with you, as you berate God's word


We also know when Jesus died, it was so we could live

I felt Him speak to me today; this message He would give


That if we have faith in our Lord and that we all believe

Then He will give us what we need to help others receive 


When you tell someone, it could help them live eternally

Don't be afraid to share your faith. I did, and I feel free
