Failure is devastating
it controls mood swings
and is cushioned in negativity
until you realise
that failure becomes the magic door
to potential

Failure is related to determination
but it is the weaker sibling
it tells you that you will never do well
you have no gift or ability, so
give up quietly and disappear
cry if you want to no one will care

What if you dry your tears
watch other successful people
writers, sports folk, business folk
noted for drying their tears and starting again
believing that they can and will SUCCEED
This is when the change begins
no longer a failure but
a success
