A huge bulge appeared below my navel, then pressure building and stretching the skin.  A pop as a pointed part of my intestine peeked out to survey the epidermal landscape.  Maniacal carnage ensued, a rope of small intestine devouring and ingesting, encircling my stomach, my chest, my neck. Insatiable appetite, gobbling up everything, organs, bones, skin, even itself.  The unbearable pain and horror, and then darkness.  I suddenly awoke cursing the burrito I ate before going to bed.  Never again.
