A busy London street

Saturday afternoon

Business men with mobile phones

Child in buggy screams and moans

youths on roller blades whiz by

Weary shoppers laden high

Four eyed boffins, heads in books

Sikhs in turbans, swarthy looks

Dog collared priest, pair of twins

Teenage boys with pimply skins

Burly builders, baggy arsed jeans

Giggly girls with magazines

Japs with cameras, kids on bikes

Sareed Hindus, transvestites

Sally army mingle in

rattle of collection tin

Brass band strikes up familiar tune
