Sea glass

A Poem About A Hobby Contest Winner 


Beachcombing for sea glass is a favourite hobby of mine.

 

It’s quite relaxing and calming.  I do it all the time. 

 

There’s many different Color’s blue, yellow green and brown. 

 

My favourite colour is red and the rarest to be found. 

 

As I sit digging for treasure.

I hear the roaring of the sea. 

 

I could stay and listen forever.

I feel so happy and carefree. 

 

There is unique beauty in the sea glass I find.

 

Countless different designs from weathering over time. 

 

I love my collection of seaglass it is precious to me. 

 

As long as I live and breathe.  My hobby it will be.
