Tell Me It Ain't True!

"Mama! Mama!" Jenny cried.
"Calm down, Jenny. What's wrong?" her mother asked.
"Grandma is dead," Jenny wailed.
"Grandma's not dead."
"She is! She sent this card and gave me her heart." Jenny sobbed. "My teacher said we can't live without a heart."
"It's okay. I'm sure Grandma has a spare."
