Dealing with smaller tasks and issues
Stamps, Bills, Australia Post
by LittleIrishman
The actual, physical Australia Post stores can be busy places for customers.
There are busy, even very busy times at Australia Post, and then some quiet occasions.
In the waiting queues here, the quick and smaller tasks of customers are mixed in with the longer, tedious, and expensive tasks.
With the current advancement and input of technology, like self-serve in certain supermarkets and department stores, there can also be self-serve for Australia Post.
There can be one or more self-serve technological machines in Australia Post for customers wanting to buy stamps, pay bills, and post bulky items.
Like other stores, certain Australia Post customer representatives can be there to help and serve such relevant customers with these machines, including scales for bulky items.
Additionally, what can be instead or added to is an Australia Post fast lane and slow lane, either with or without these particular machines.
Another similar example here is more medical centres, by phone, email, and/or in person serving patients with smaller, quicker tasks like scripts and sick-letters.

- Personal Experiences:
I have been a consistent customer of my local Australia Posts in the Cumberland Council-Sydney. I usually buy stamps, pay bills, buy certain general products, and sometimes get certain gift cards for family members for birthdays and Christmas.
I have experienced first-hand fast and slow times at my local Australia Post. The slow times in particular can be very frustrating, annoying, and stressful.
