Short poem

Ecstasy

Passionate Love in Black and White Contest Winner
Restless are his nights
when she is not near

to hold him tight.
Her body is his hearth
her scent, that of mother earth.
Soft fingers run through his hair
hungry eyes glare.
Eager tongues entwine
A mouth, sweet as wine.
In the throes of passion
pressed against her beau
she moves like the ebb and flow.
He feels his desire grow
A quick flip and she lays below.
Sweaty hands gripping sheets
as he brings both to their peak.
Featherlight
 two souls untethered, in flight.
Sunlight fills them to the brim
light radiates from their skin.
Brighter and brighter they glow
into a blazing star they grow.
