Amazing how lies begin and are spread.

Benny Broke His Bicycle

by AnnieDawn

Benny broke his bicycle

But blamed it all on Tye

Telling Mom it wasn’t him

Was what began the lie

Mom told Tyson’s mother

It made poor Tyson cry

Because he didn’t do it

It was a made-up lie

Ben’s Mom told her gym class

They each told a friend

Soon all in the town knew

It spread end to end

Beware when sharing stories

Remember little Tye

No matter how you tell the tale

It still remains a lie
