A Letter From God contest entry
The Hand-Delivered Letter

One day, a few years back while basking in worldly pleasures of herbs and barley, watching an episode of South Park, an angel simply appeared in my front room. He dropped a letter on the coffee table then flew straight up, disappearing through my ceiling. On the envelope it read, "From God." When I tore it open it seemed like flames shot out. I unfolded the letter and this is what it said:
Dear Ron,
Get your shit together, stupid, or you're going to miss the bus.
Love
God.
And from that day on, I took that as being great advice. I'll be on that ride when it's headed uptown.
