She was definitely ...
Accident prone

She wrecked the car.
Fortunately, no-one was injured.
Doctors determined she’d had a medical episode and blacked out.
Her loving husband kindly bought a new car.
Not long after, she hit a lamppost, at speed.
Fortunately, no-one was injured.
Doctors could find no reason for her blackouts.
Three days later, she was found dead at the foot of the staircase.
Another blackout?
No, a sharp push from her husband. Easier, quicker … and less expensive!
