Things That Go Bump In The Night

A couple of the animals snorted, with white puffs of breath sprinkling the cold December air. Large multi-pointed antlers were backlit by the full moon in the night sky. The magnificent beasts stood waiting, followed by a random stomp. This caused the light tinkling of a silver harness bell to caress the silent night. They raced across the roof, launching into the air. “On Comet! On Cupid . . .”
