Love On The Beach

Hand in hand they strolled on the beach
the twilight sun
the summer breeze
when love leaned close

Waves swelled and crashed on sandy shores
the sea gulls screeched
the sky turned red
their ardour rose

Creeping dark lets the stars come out
twinkling bright
to their delight
a passion's night
