True love no more.

Lost Love

by Ramona Agin

I sit and wonder, do you even miss me?

Do you remember what it was like to kiss me?

Our bodies entwined as one,
sweet ecstasy.

You told me that I was the only one.

Now you've gone, I've got to carry on.

Dry my tears, no fears.

Another will come one day.

Come to take me away, away from this sadness.

He will bring joy and happiness to my heart again.

You've broken my heart but not my spirit.

I will love again.

My love said goodbye after seven years, two days after my Dad died. I am so bereft with grief over the loss of both of them. The pain is enormous.
