Umbrella

Rhyming Acrostic Contest Contest Winner
Up above the skies are turning quite dark,
Making my way, to visit the city park.
Boom, goes the thunder, the skies open up,
Raindrops and lightning, my trip, disrupts.
Envying those with umbrellas in hand,
Left mine at home on the umbrella stand.
Laughing with joy, who needs it anyway,
Although I'm soaked, it's a beautiful day.
