Hard to say no

Resisting temptation

Resisting temptation is so hard to do.

I may have good intentions but seldom follow through.

Munching on potato chips and trying to limit the number I eat.

It just ain't happening I must have my treat.

A chocolate bar my oh my I always over-indulge.

I say I'm going to try to be good to beat the battle of the bulge.

Temptation always runs high when it comes to my favourite food.

Sweet cookies and desserts to die for most things that are not good.

I will continue with my quest to keep
temptation at an all time low.

When it comes to junk food and sweet desserts it's just so hard to say no.

Junk food and try to keep it to a weekend treat, sometimes it works out sometimes not.
