I love all our...
I'm not afraid to say it,
I'll say it loud and long!
I love our law enforcement
and our military strong.
Firefighters, EMTs,
I love them all, each one.
Without their sacrifices,
our world would come undone.
It really is a thankless job,
we don't appreciate
with shouts of "Let's defund them!",
we've been taught, our cops, to hate.
I thank them for their service,
I think we all have learned,
how much we really need them,
in the two years cities burned.
How can you not love people
who risk their lives each day?
So you can be protected,
as through life, you make your way.
I love them all make no mistake
we need them, to be fair.
Despite the negative rhetoric,
for us, they're always there.
