The sunflower is the national flower of Ukraine.
We see what's happening, we see your suffering, we are with you, we are here for you.
The national flower, which is deeply embedded in Ukraine's culture is being adopted by protesters. Some are carrying bouquets at rallies, others are displaying the floral emoji to show support online. The sunflower has quickly been adopted as a symbol of resistance and solidarity since the Russian offensive began.
