You were my purpose,
my reason to be.
Wishes I uttered
about you and me...

All died a quick death
the day that you left.
Leaving a huge hole
and my heart, bereft.

So lonely, I am,
what were you thinking?
Drugs, now my comfort
with lots of drinking.

You tried to destroy...
ME! with all your lies.
I let you use me,
I saw in your eyes...

All of your scheming
while I just stood by.
You took me down hard,
don't understand why.

Hope that you suffer,
I want you to burn.
I'm now in ashes,
I think it's your turn.

I'm not a phoenix
and I will not rise.
My ashes scatter
to dark leaden skies.
