And She Smiled

by Terry Broxson

Memories Contest Winner
It was the end of the day
And you smiled.
It was a day of gardening
And you smiled.
You worked all-day
And you smiled.
It was someone else's garden
And you smiled.
You had finished what you loved
And you smiled.
It is how I remember you
And you smiled.
