I sure love him

Sylvester

Sylvester is now eight years old 
To us, he is worth more than gold.
He was a so fun to have around
Sometimes he makes a purring sound.

We see him sleep most anywhere--
In the laundry basket, on a chair.
Some days hevloves to lay by me
When I am crocheting, you see 

Some days he will stand by my feet
When we give him some treats to eat.
He moves about with grace and poise.
We love to see him play with toys.

He will run fast a lot of days.
About 24 pounds he weighs.
He lets me kiss him on his head.
He will lay by our feet in bed.

He loves to look at things outside.
He does not enjoy a car ride.
There are some things he loves to hear.
We love him more each passing year.
