75 Word Flash Fiction
Wanda's Walk
by bhogg
Wanda thought, what a beautiful day. Her divorce from that monster Claude was finalized. He was out of her house and life.
She started her favorite walk. Crossing the street, she headed toward a shady path next to a flowing stream.
Almost there, she nearly ran into a man...It was Claude. He said, 'You can't live without me."
The shot rang out. The gun still smoking in her hand, she said, "You were almost right."
