Today is a beautiful day filled with sunshine and glee.
Nothing's in the sky to worry or bother me.
I know the Lord made this day and all is fine.
Just enjoying my day with the One so divine.

I look all around me, and beauty I see everywhere.
I don't have to look too far as it's here and there.
The tree leaves are turning so nicely these days.
Makes me know that soon winter will be on the way.

A great big smile in my heart, because I truly know.
This is November, but sometimes in December there's snow.
I'm getting ready to write Christmas cards, and send them out.
I'll try not to miss anyone to make sure no one will pout.

One thing for sure I know, and in my heart I feel.
Jesus Christ is the reason for the season, and that's so real!
As you go about each day, talk to the Lord and pray.
He may surprise you with something that He has to say.
