What Christmas Is All About

Christmas

Christmas isn't about gifts
Or ornaments on the tree.
It is about the Savior
Who has died for you and me.

When we give our gifts away,
We should receive them with love.
And think so very fondly
Of the Christ child from above.

It is about the children
Laughing and riding their sleigh.
They need to dress warmly
Before they go out to play.

It  is about families
That gather from far and near.
To share love with each other
And memories they hold dear.

It is about the wise men
Giving gifts to the child
His heart is so full of love.
He is so pure and mild.
