The Journey

"Life
is like
climbing this
mountain," he said.
"The trail takes you through
steep parts where you wonder
if you'll ever get ahead.
Then, relief comes with level ground,
but the path veers yet up and around.
You pace yourself. You reach the peak, fulfilled."
