Chaz what up!'
'you know Walmart's waiting?'
'I can't do it this morning Rose!'
'I hardly made it to the bathroom!'
4:00 in the morning.'
'Yes!'
'Without falling on my face!'
'Oh Chaz.'
'We're going to have to take you to see Doctor Rengrove!'
Two Days Later...
...
'Chaz.'
'Yes, I'm afraid to tell you.'
'That from the results of the echocardiogram.'
'Unfortunately, I can only give you a life expectancy of three more months.'
(Rose passes out!)
...
'Yes, Ted.'
'This is Chaz.'
'I'm going to have to take an extended leave of absence from my position here at Walmart.'
'Yes, as assistant manager.'
'That's why I'm calling you Ted.'
'I want you to fill in and I can't tell you when I'm coming back?'
'Maybe never!'
'What is it Chaz?'
'You know you're my best friend?'
Asks Ted.
'Well, I saw Doctor Rengrove on Thursday.'
'He did a electric cardiogram.'
(Echocardiogram)
'Yes, on my Heart.'
'Let's just say.'
'Yes, the results once offered?'
'Caused Rose to pass out!'
'I don't know what I'm going to do Ted?' 'I've been married almost 26 years.'
'And, I don't think I'm going to see 27!'
'Chaz listen?'
'I have a connection in Philadelphia.'

'My friend Lara S. Moretti.'
'Who's the LSW.'
'Let me talk to her about all this and see what we can do?'
'Thanks Ted you're a lifesaver!'
Three months pass...

Note: Chaz is now on a respirator and can't even walk one-hundred yards without collapsing!
Since he needs a heart and lungs.
They were able to get him on the list immediately the beginning of the year.
...
It is now March 31st, 2003.
A tragic accident would also cause an amazing Miracle!
Chaz was saying goodbye to his family. His daughter was getting ready to start nursing school.
And, his son was already two years into an engineering program at Drexel.
With six more years left.
...
Only three weeks after the accident.
(In which my only son Jason)
Would unfortunately be declared by the state of New Jersey.
And, also declared brain dead.
Note: Jason would never pass away from severe brain damage.

On April 1st, 2003.
(April Fool's Day)
We received a visit from Lara S. Moretti at the hospital in Atlantic City.
This was the day that I and my family members.
Would have to make the hardest decision of our lives.
Yes, to give my son away FOR-E-VER!
In order to save Four people.
We donated all the necessary organs.
The only organ that wasn't accepted was Jason's pancreas which was too fatty.
Otherwise?
Jason's Heart and lungs would go to Philadelphia.
Along with his liver to another man.
(No communication)
Also, living in Philadelphia.
Who would live Eight years more!

The precious kidneys?
One kidney would go out West to somebody named Bill.
The left kidney went to a 8-year-old little girl in South Jersey.

There are no addresses or last names allowed in the transmissions with the Organ receivers.
From what I learned is because they're going through a tremendous period In their lives.
I had sent pictures but I do not know if they received?
And, I had never received a single picture of the two recipicants that had communicated with me.
Yes, who also wrote me three letters each.

I received the first of three letters from somebody I had no idea who he was but I would quickly learn!
And, now you know him too!
