Wondrous State of Being

Love is a wondrous state of being, not always does it come easy
Those who love, care about other’s feelings and well-being
 
Love can be shared by a significant other and by family or friends
It is a feeling that is vital to a person’s happy and healthy existence
 
It is feeling attachment, affection, and need for another
It is vital to develop trust and comfort with each other
 
Creating the state of love is a shared responsibility
Imparted with kindness, empathy and concern
 
Love can be out-spoken, but can also thrive in gentle silence
Just being with a loved one in quietude is a cherish treasure
 
Loving and being loved takes great effort
But when achieved, it is like heaven on earth
