A dog can make a house a home
Maggie Magic
by lynglyng
Maggie saved us. Our dog of thirteen years had to be put down. The hole that filled our hearts felt gigantic.
Weeks went by of thinking we could hear her dog tags jingling, looking for her on her bed and missing that she wasn't at the door to greet us.
Maggie, a puppy, abandoned on the side of the road was found the very next day after Coco had been put down.
Maggie saved us, putting a smile back in our hearts.
