True friends

Stay with you to the end
They bend,
ammend and

send you

Smiles over the

Miles,
while all the while,
making you smile
back at them

Then, no matter what
You know that all the while

You were looking in a

(friendly)
mirror.
Hold them nearer,
But hold your enemies closer

For your foes

are the ones that

truly
keep you in line

For while you are peering
in that mirror,
while you smile

for such a brief while,
your friends will smile

back at you,
while your adversaries
may frown,
try not to look down

on them,
but look them in

the eyes and

keep smiling!
