My temptations are books.

Temptation Poetry Contest Winner 
What can I say?
I love books,
every time I go to
a bookstore I buy one,
my temptations are fiction
novels and science.
When it's a new novel
I rush to buy it.

My mom and dad control
my habit.
I want to know 
what else happened
in that novel,
is there an exciting conclusion?

I need to know
more about science,
so I buy astronomy books,
because they inform me.

My whole room is
like a library and a 
writing office.
I adore books,
but my parents
help control my temptation.
They help me limit my purchases.

Because I am a writer,
books are a natural temptation.
