God Starts My Day

God is my peace; He starts my day;

He guides my path and leads the way.

A cup of tea quiets my soul;

...while I enjoy my daily stroll.



I love to watch clouds drifting by;

with graceful waves, they multiply.

It gives me comfort to embrace;

...a gentle breeze upon my face.




The sun-filled sky is all aglow...

My tea is all gone this, I know.

Water will quench this thriving thirst -

It's a blessing to put God first.
