Complications
Hip Surgery
by country ranch writer
The following is an update on how things are going here. No need to vote! I am jus as frustrated as I can be. The surgery didn't go as expected as the hip bones were wore to thin. They doctor had to repair the cracks and screw the bones together wire in place and cemented over them for strength. Been three weeks with no weight on my left leg and foot. The staples were finally taken out Thursday. This coming MondayI start a new therapy. Maybe I will be able to walk, soon, we will see.
My hip is still bruised where I fell the first night home.I was lucky I didn't break my hip. I don't low when they will do the right knee yet.
I just wanted to let you all know I am still wondering how everyone else's surgery has gone.
