You Can't Hurry Love

Their bodies lay entwined in each other’s arms. Whitecaps spilled across the sand. The moonlit night belonged to lovers. He kissed her sweet lips. Impatiently, she sighed.
His voice caressed her. “Will you -”
“Yes!”
“Hand me the wine.”
Her smile faded.
“So I may toast my future bride.”
Love prevailed.
