Excellent
Not yet exceptional. When the exceptional rating is reached this is highlighted
The faces of the sheep alone should bring a smile!

Herd About Maggie's Kids

by Reese Turner

Having been on maternity leave
Maggie returned right on cue
Bringing to introduce her three
To every sheep - ram and ewe.

Don’t the faces of the flock say
“What the (heck)? Three more?”
Yes, mom’s “home schooling” now,
“Children, here’s what you’re for.”

Isn’t this going to be some fun?
Young collies at play chasing,
Learning how to herd the flock,
Their future jobs embracing.

Sheep fantasize of life without
Border Collies to push them ‘round
But, reality times 3 just walked in
With mom – now, reality’s found!
