Grandma's Lost Bread

My grandmother baked bread once a week. She was often asked to share the recipe, but her answer was all about mixing and adding what felt right. Nothing was written down.
As a teenager, my dad once decided to set out the ingredients in larger quantities than he knew she would use. He was then going to measure what was left and figure out the recipe from there. Unfortunately, he got called away before she finished and everything was cleaned up when he got back. No one learned her secret recipe so it is now lost.
