This work has reached the exceptional level
It happened just like this... I swear!

Let Me Introduce Myself...

I touched a frosted pane of glass
and watched the ice retreat.
Imagining 'twas my spyglass,
I paused and took a seat…
 
There in my line of sight, a jay
stood tall with pompous crest.
Under his wing, a dossier –
Of whom I dared not guess.
 
Then o'er a steely coal-black eye,
he placed his monocle,
Deftly adjusted his bow tie…
Oh, how ironical!
 
But when he lifted his right wing
to indicate the moon,
‘Twas clear he was but second string
and would be leaving soon…
 
My handle’s 'Agent Sassafras' -
I got my start this way:
The morn I touched a pane of glass
and outed Agent Jay!
