Armed insurrectionists stormed the congress
Most of America was appalled by this wrongness
To disrupt and destroy, was their mission
Following traitorous instructions, a bad decision

Faces exposed, cameras identified them.
Embarrassed employers quickly denied them.
Loss of income and possible time in jail
Made this indiscretion a major fail.

Their seditious acts did not succeed
Clearly, they followed the wrong lead
Blood on their hands and those of their leader
The signs are clear, get rid of the cheater

He has been replaced, there was no delay.
Procedure was followed, nothing he could say.
We welcomed a change as we always do.
It is a delight to have someone new.
