The Legend of Bear Parker

by fm wright

There was a man - "Bear" Parker was his name,
and all throughout the land spread his fame.
The legend of him grew mountain tall;
drawing women young and old, great and small,
because his prowess in the bed,
was unequalled, it was believed was said.
When each one's affair turned out not as claimed,
they then sought out the one that they blamed
for the disappointment they'd gone through.
Of their feelings they'd make sure she knew.
Soon finding the one from whom it all did start,
a denial she did quickly impart.
You must, she debated, here take note,
as what you've told me is a misquote.
A bear of a man I did not state,
t'was a bore of a man that I did rate.

Appreciation goes out to Highfive for use of the artwork. Also, my apologies if I have offended anyone. I only meant to show how things can get misconstrued.
Pays one point and 2 member cents.
