I Am Tired

I am tired of Covid, please make it stop,
stop the madness of social distancing
distancing from others leaves us cold
cold and wanting to reach out for hugs,
hugs that are necessary for healthy lives
lives that are seriously in need of things
things turn our lives back to normal,
normal so we'll not say, "I am tired."
