Minute poetry

Moonlit Lullaby

I heard the silence of the moon
convey a tune
a sweet caress
of peacefulness

Its beams sang notes across my floor
old troubadour
contented sighs
vague lullabies

Unuttered songs lulled me to sleep
calm, drifting sweep
a quiet rest
within my nest
