Jigsaw Puzzle

by royowen

We men are like a jigsaw puzzle,
I guess we need to wear a muzzle.
The tongue exclaims as errant slave,
behaving like a lawless knave.

Why can't we bridle every word,
that tend to reek, blend with absurd?
Why do we act like little boys?
Who need a leash, (restraint employ)

So why does God think we have worth,
while decimating space and Earth?
Why did He die for such as we,
while hanging from a rugged tree?

Because we'd still adore our child,
although they're mean and stand defiled.
But if they chose to walk away --
then we'd still grieve both night and day.

I suppose the question on anyone's lips why did God send Jesus? The answer is simple, love, we are His prize objective, Why? because He said He would, that He'd search for us until we're found, or are eternally lost. Then myself, loving my children would still grieve for them, no matter what. And who am I? Nobody, but the truth is, God will accept us whatever condition we're in, conditionally only if we want Him to be our Father.
Not quite as simple as that, but that will do for the moment.

John 3;16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whomsoever believes in Him should no perish but have everlasting life"
