It is my Father’s house but you should direct all questions to me. 
We have apartments of all sizes; my father’s house has many rooms.

 We can grant your every wish in this very slammin' apartment, in an amazing secluded setting. You won’t be spied on by self-righteous neighbors or bothered by bible-toters at the door. We got everything they got up north, only better. You have your usual rooms but with pizzazz: luxurious sexy baths,
slippery-red bedrooms (covered with wall-to-wall mirrors), kitchen stocked to every gluttonous taste. But what will really get your engines roaring is the playroom. Fully sound-proofed, I might add. You can bring that certain somebody nobody knows about and let your freak flag fly.
