Enigmatic...

by royowen

Just once I felt the Father's flame.
I've walked in night now walk in day,
The Son's great wind chased blues away.
In enigmatic thought I came.

Though I am blessed by Jesus' name.
Please gaze at me, see what you may,
Just once I felt the Father's flame,
I've walked in night now walk in day.

Through many days I've played sin's game.
From youth through age I've felt sun's rays,
and through those years traversed life's maze.
I am now healed, but once was lame.
Just once I felt the Father's flame.

A Rondel
Is a French form of thirteen lines, two quatrains and a quintet Rhyming as follows : ABab abaB abbaA
Those who know me and my testimony know I was quite age advanced when God confronted me. Though I had a touch of Heaven that I can't apply an earthly description, His peace and joy have no earthly comparison...not even close.
