Wanting to get out of my rigidness

Dazed through this haze

by Justin Chopin

Dazed Through This Haze

Dazed through this strange haze.

Lost in my rigid ways.

I've been stagnated, and I feel so unclean.

Living through my meaningless routines.

God take a look at me, I must confess.

Unto You, my Jesus, that I am in distress.

Because I have made my life into a miserable kind of mess.

I've burned myself out through obsessive and idiotic cares.

I've let myself drown in the oceans of my despairs.

Reach out Your hand, my Lord of Liberty.

Let me know that You are there for me.

Save me and take me back to Your Promised Land.

Relieve me of my pain, and restore me as only You can.

Allow me to be more like You, my wonderful Savior and eternal Son of Man.

Asking God to help me to get out of my own rigidness, to allow me to be more spontaneous and to enjoy life a little bit more without taking it so seriously.
