My mother told me there'd be days like this.
She said to me.
"My son, I love you with my whole being.
Do not forget my words, but let your heart keep my commands."
"When your hoodlum running mates entice you, do not consent.

'Come with us. Let us lie in wait and target
helpless women. We'll snatch their purses,
and run swiftly away.'
"My son, do not walk in the way with them.

But plumb-dumb me...I didn't listen to my mother.
We were on a rampage. We snatched purses every night.
Eventually all of us except me had gotten caught.
All of them were in jail.
But that didn't stop me.
One night I thought...
Tonight I'm going out there by myself.
So I did.
I lurked In the darkness just outside of a local pharmacy.
I hadn't waited very long before...there...she exited the
pharmacy and walked hastefully across the dimly-lighted parking lot.
BINGO...I thought...I'm paid in full.
I dashed from behind her and grabbed her purse.
She screamed. She fell. Her body hit the ground,
with a deadly sounding thump.
I didn't even bother to look back.
I got what I wanted. That was all that mattered.
I was out of there.
Minutes later...I was in a dark alley hiding behind a smelly dumpster.
I huffed and I puffed for a few.
Then I opened the purse to see what my prize was.
WOW! What I found was my dreadful SURprise.
When I opened the wallet...the first thing that I saw was...
Mom's picture on her Driver License.
I BLACKED OUT.
It wasn't until early the next morning that I came to.
There must have been a million flies swarming around the dumpster.
But not ONE...seem to care to come near me.

I'VE IMAGINED THAT...
Being a rich handsome self-centered prince,
has left me with a lot of worth while things to desire.
Dad and Mom are the king and Queen
of diamonds...
So we have more bread than Pop Stroehmann.
But money isn't everything.
We live and we learn.
Experience will teach us every time.
I have these two eccentric women
in my life.
One is pretty pretty.
One is pretty ugly.
I'm sort of inclined toward
the pretty pretty one.
Vanity, huh?
Well...to be, "HONEST...YEAH."
So...the pretty ugly one got jealous.
Then she got mad.
That witch cast a spell on me.
And turned me into a frog.
At first...I thought...

I still want to be a handsome prince again.
From which my riches and my vanity has changed me.

"SPIRITUAL WARFARE DEFINED."
TRICK: An action done to fool or cheat someone.
SUBJECT:
After Jesus was baptized: Satan's TRICK was capsized.
EXAMPLE:
MATTHEW 3:16.& 17.
When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately
from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened to Him,
and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.
And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying:
"This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."
TEMPT: To invite someone to do something:
often regarded as unwise, or wrong.
MATTHEW 4:1, through 11.
(1)Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be TEMPTED,
by Satan...the devil.
(2) And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights,
afterward He was hungry.
(3) Now when the, TEMPTER, came to Him,

this is the plight that befalls he whom breaks a mirror.
Woe! If this so be.

If I could change, "ANYTHING,"
I'd change that mirror back...like God made it.
Not to say that I broke it.
But honesty compels me to admit,
that I have tossed a pebble...perhaps two...
into it's compass.
But dare...I'd not...cast a monkey wrench,
amid it's cogs.
CERTAINLY NOT!
Did worldly fellowship arising from common,
secular. "SELF-INTEREST," have anything to do with it?
Lies...alibis...groundless arguments and empty excuses,
encompass the bed defiled...lest the, "OOPS BABY,"
point out the perpetrator.
The preacher didn't do it.
The preacher was preaching.
The teacher didn't do it,
The teacher was teaching.
Mom didn't do it.
She was married.
Dad didn't do it.
He was harried.
Sister didn't do it.
She was in school.
Brother didn't do it.
He's no fool.
"OOOU! WHO BROKE THAT MIRROR?"
Some of us want to believe,
that the culprit was Eve.
Others feel that Eve was made to, "SEEM," guilty...
that she was framed.
We cite evidence, of the truth...
in GENESIS, chapter three : verse one,
where the culprit is named...third word.
"THAT CLEARS EVE."
"I'll always love you, Eve.
You are the,"APPLE," of my eye, HONEY."
If I could change, "ANYTHING,"
I would change that mirror back,
to the way God made it.
Then I'd change the, "DEVIL,"
into a fire hydrant...
AND CONDEMN HIM TO THE "DOG HOUSE"...FOREVER.
And we'd all say...
"OOOU! YOU BROKE THAT MIRROR."

that will open the door to miracles for us.
When we want to speak, (pray,) to our God,
the correct way to approach Him is with thanksgiving,
and praise.

His courts with praise. Be thankful unto Him,
and bless His name."
PSALMS 100:4.
Thanksgiving leads us upon the pathway to God,
It also unlocks the supernatural power of Jesus.
"Eucharisto," is a Greek word used in our Holy Scripture
for thanksgiving. It is the root word for, "grace."
"Let us have, "grace," whereby we may serve our God
acceptably with reverence and godly fear...."
Here, "grace," means thanksgiving.
HEBREWS 12:28.
We enter into, "grace," when we enter into thanksgiving.
Here, we enter into the supernatural power of our God.
Without thanksgiving we'll never enter into the supernatural.
If we complain about our worldly shortcomings we will not
activate our God's, "grace," or His supernatural power.
"Let the peace of our God rule in your hearts....
and be thankful."
COLOSSIANS 3:15.
"GOD HAS COMMANDED US TO BE THANKFUL!"
Time after time we don't experience peace.
Why? Because we should start thanking our God
for every situation and person in our lives
if we want to experience a peaceful manner of living.
"The discretion of a man makes him slow to anger,
and his glory is to overlook a transgression."
PROVERBS 19:11.
ROMANS 5:3&4 says:
"Not only that...but we also glory in tribulations,
knowing that tribulation produces perseverance;
and perseverance, character; and character, hope."
COLOSSIANS 3:15 says:
"Let the peace of our God rule in your hearts...
and be thankful
We like for our children to thank us when we
do something for them. When we give thanks to our
heavenly Father, that makes Him desire to do more for us.
I was always complaining that my employer was mistreating me.
When I asked my Lord as to why He didn't rescue me from my
problems on my job...my God said:
"Until you thank Me for this job, I'm not going to give you
a better job."
Shortly after I began being thankful for the job that my God had given me,
I received a promotion.
In the book of, LUKE chapter 17: verses 11 through 19,
there were ten people who suffered from
a dreadful disease called leprosy.
They asked Jesus to heal them.
By Jesus' amazing grace and His tender mercy
He healed all ten of them.
Yet only one of them thanked, Jesus.
All ten of them benefited from physical healing...
but only one was truly made whole---spirit, soul, and body;
because he gave thanks.
When Jesus was faced with feeding more than 5,000 people;
all He had was five small loaves of bread and only two fish.
Jesus didn't complain that He didn't have enough.
He took the loaves; and when He had given thanks to
His Father for what He had; He distributed the food to His
disciples, (followers,) and His disciples fed everybody that was there.
The essential point of this miracle is that it was,
"THANKSGIVING,"
that fed the 5,000 people with five small loaves of bread,
and only two fish, "AFTER," our Lord had given thanks
for what His father had provided.
Whether we realize it or not...
"THANKSGIVING WORKS EVERY TIME."

Mr. Al Imony was reported to be a habitual
intoxicated boozer and a prevaricating liar.
HE WAS CERTAINLY BOTH.
His estranged girl friend
complained in court.
"Al is a despicable alcoholic.
That bum is always pickled fickle.
I gave birth to his baby.
And he neglects his responsibility
for helping me support our daughter."
Al lied.
"Oh. No. I've never been with this women.
And all I ever have is a coupla beers."
"That's what he always lie to me about,"
replied girlfriend. "Yeah, he has a coupla beers,
and a few other alcohol cheers."
After a number of tit-for-tat spats like this,
and a lot of judicial deliberation the judge said...
"Mr. Imony my judgement in this matter is that
you will pay this woman $200. 00 a month,
until the child is eighteen years old."
At this time the child was one year old.
For years Mr. Imony sent the check by mail.
After the child was old enough her mother
sent her to Mr. Imony's house once a month,
to collect her payment.
Finally the child turned eighteen years old.
She knocked on Mr. Imony's door.
"Mom told me to tell you that she said,
give me her money."
Mr. Imony...drunk as usual...
gave her the last $200.00 check.
"Tell that pesky woman that I said I'd like to see
the expression on her face when you tell her
that this is her last check."
Half an hour later there came a knock on
Mr. Imony's door. It was the child.
"Mom told me to tell you that she'd like to see
the expression on your face when I tell you that,
I'm not your child."

When I was a kid, I used to think that
Good and Plenty was candy without a doubt.
But through trial and error and the grace of God,
I came to realize what Good and Plenty is really all about.
The lady at the candy store said: "Good And Plenty is
candy packaged in a box that cost you a nickel each."
After I ran out of nickels they were out of my reach.
And there was no more candy available for me.
The lady said, "Little boy Good and Plenty ain't free."
I said, "But I gave you my last nickel. I don't have one."
She said, "Well...No nickel, sorry...no candy my son."
On my way home feeling down in spirit
Mom called out to me, I could clearly hear it.
"Freddy Freddy... dinner is ready.
Come here. Hurry my dear, son, Freddy."
That's when I heard Jesus say, "Hurry boy.
Don't delay. I've have Good and Plenty waiting for you."
