April Fools' Day Country Style

Poetry Contest
This is a humorous April Fools' Day (April 1) poetry contest. Any form. Keep it G or PG rated. You may use puns, real life pranks, pranks you wish you had pulled, whatever reminds you of April Fool's Day, or anything generally related. Country style is a bonus, but not required. Minimum 4 lines, maximum 40. You may change out the contest art after you post an entry, as it will let you go back in and change art. Have fun! Because April Fools' Day is only once a year! Also, you can spell it April Fool's Day or April Fools' Day, according to research.

The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 20.00 member dollars. There are 13 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 72.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.

Deadline: Contest is closed. Deadline was Tuesday, April 7, 2020.
