Sunset
Write a poem or short story about a sunset. This is a brown bag contest. Please do not add any fonts, color formatting or images to your entry. You are welcome to add this after the completion of the contest. Length is flexible but it is suggested that you keep it to 500 words or less, to not fatigue those reading the entries.
This contest has been commissioned with the imminent arrival of the shortest day of the year in mind, but your sunset does NOT need to be about a particular time of year.
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 38.00 member dollars. There are only -1 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 36.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
