~~~ FREE VERSE~~~POETRY ONLY ~ NO PROSE ~~~
[ Read All Rules ~ some may show ONLY on contest announcement page--there are 12 rules / READ all as the listing with contests doesn't include all of the rules. ]
1. Dedication and title may be included with text of poem. They do NOT count towards number of lines allowed. [ optional ]
2. Author may sign and date poem at bottom--does NOT count towards number of lines allowed--up to 3 lines may be added. [ optional ]
3. LENGTH--minimum 10 / maximum of 22 lines ~ no haiku suite/575 suite/no free verse sonnet or sonnet of any style
4. ONE picture in text of poem/ONE font color/ONE background color
5. At least TWO (2) entries must be posted before contest enters booth
6. One video (1) in author notes may be included [ optional ]
7. Author notes allowed
8. TOPIC (subject) do NOT choose a FS member who has died, Jesus or God,
9. Category--General/Not Listed
10. Do NOT have any END rhyme patterns
11. No warnings of any kind will be accepted--keep it clean
12. WRITE the Total Number of Lines in Author Notes
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool of 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 2 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
Deadline: Contest is closed. Deadline was Sunday, July 11, 2021.
