Novelette Contest Part Two
The topic for this contest is: Novelette Contest Part Two
Write a story, the second chapter in your book/novelette. It must follow from Chapter one which you submitted in the first contest. If you were not in the first contest you can not take part in this contest. Remember, you must have been part of the contest for Chapter One and your story must be a continuation of that novelette. The story should clearly incorporate the topic of the story.
Creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner.
Minimum length 900 words. Maximum Length 7,000 words. Recommended length 2,500 - 3,500 words.
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool. The prize pool is currently 35.00 member dollars. There are 11 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 5 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
